S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

Marking on the channel says 26 3 Caldwell EM. The window weighs about 25 lbs. If you need more pic just let me know. I have a few more in file that would not go thru. Help me find two balances to replace my old ones. My old balances are 26" long and marked with 26 4 GR Caldwell. See included photos.

The balancers are 27" long (not including the plastic ends). They are from a Milgard window and are stamped 26-5 AA CMC 7 Thanks.

One of them has 26 3 FP Caldwell stamped on it. The aluminum part is 27 and an 1/8 long.

I have identified I need S385 27" channel balance. My question is the balancer I removed from the window is marked on the spine 26 5 CX CMC 11. Which suggests I need the 2650 option. When I weighed the sash it weighs 19LBS. Which option should I choose?

It's difficult for me to tell the differences between the 380, 385, and 395 series balances based on your site's pictures. Maybe the attached pics will help you tell me what new balance I need. My broken window channel balance has the following code on it: 26 5 JU CMC 2 Comparing it with your website photos, the replacement unit should be either a Series 380 or 385. The channel is stamped 26DS 42. It has plastic fittings on both ends. A pair ofpully/cord guides is fixed inside the channel.
