Hi, I have four windows that need new channel balances. I have included several pictures of the existing spring. The stamp on the side indicates the spring is 27

I have a sash balance for double hung window marked on the channel is 26-4, check on your website, cannot find the picture match mine, could you help to identify the Part No. For me, also for the cord broken in side the sash balance channel, do you have video shows how to replace the broken cord? I need to replace 26 9 34 # CALDWELL NN window channel balances. I believe I need 27" series 385 balances but don't know which stamp option to choose and don't want to remove and weigh the windw due to installed interior shutters. Greetings - I have two springs that are 27" long (metal bar not including plastic clips). They are stamped 26 4 IO CALDWELL Do you have a part number for me to order replacements?

I've attached images of the existing balance. The balance measures 33" x 1/2". Sash is about 30 lbs. Could you please advise if you carry something that could place this balance. Thanks in advance.

I am trying to identify this non-tilt balance. I can't seem to find any top parts that match this one. It appears to be BSI 2630. The metal is 27". But the parts I am finding don't match either the style or measurements I seem the have.

I would like to replace the window channel balances. The existing one is stamped 26DS BS1 of 37. I am looking at Series S385-27. Which option (stamp option) best suits my existing one. Regards

Marking on the channel says 26 3 Caldwell EM. The window weighs about 25 lbs. If you need more pic just let me know. I have a few more in file that would not go thru. Help me find two balances to replace my old ones. My old balances are 26" long and marked with 26 4 GR Caldwell. See included photos.

The balancers are 27" long (not including the plastic ends). They are from a Milgard window and are stamped 26-5 AA CMC 7 Thanks.

One of them has 26 3 FP Caldwell stamped on it. The aluminum part is 27 and an 1/8 long.
