S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have 4 Nuair windows where the window channels have failed. I have attached photos. The winows are single hung, the movable sash is apprx. 50" W X 31" T and using a bathroom scale they weigh about 24lbs. We bought the home new, and these 4 windows never worked smoothly, the balance springs always ... (cont.)

I have ordered balances from you previously. Standard old "KINCO" window, Block and Tackle, 1/2" Markings: 29 5 BX CMC 11 Sash weight is 31.4 pounds. it's nearly identical to the S385 series I ordered earlier. metal length is 29 7/8"

Hello, My current channel balance is stamped (29-9 IX CMC 11) and the window weighs 30 lbs. I believe I need to order Series 385 with Stamp Option 2950. Hello, I just wanted to make sure I got the right parts for my windows. My window sash is 31.5 pounds. The channel balance is 1/2 inch in width and 30 inches in length. I included pictures of the top, shoe and terminal plug. Thanks in advance!

These are photos from two different size windows. The smaller window has markings 2950. The larger window has the markings 29DS46L. Both of the units are 1/2 " by 30". It appears that the ends are the same

Tim, thanks for the reply already. Here are pics of my channel. Shoes are riveted in place; but, bottom shoe measures 1 3/32". Channel is 30"; and, sash weighs 29.8# Ron

Good afternoon: I have a 30" channel balance with 18.2 lb sash, 1/2 inch channel. The plastic bracket that goes into the top of each side of the sash (which catches the channel balance) also needs to be replaced. The window bracket is 7/8 of an inch across the top. the part is marked 2940. Can you take a look at my images to identify the part? We are looking to sell the house, so not looking for top of the line.
