Hello, I need 2 window channel balancers. The window size is 36"wide and 62" tall. I do not know the weight. The measurement of the channel balance is 30" long approx...29 7/8 exact.

Have a broken balance channel. Window sash weights 24 pounds. Original channel markings are29-4 AA CMC 11 . This is a 30 in channel. I'm thinking that the replacement is the 385 series, 2940, 30 inch. Can you confirm or recommend the correct replacement?

I have PGT single hung 50" wide lower sash metal window that needs springs replaced. I had these windows installed in 1995. The lower sash weighs about 24 pounds. Above is the only marking. The length not including the plastic inserts at the end is 30". The attached pictures have other dimensions.

My sash balances are stamped with 29 6 dpBSI. Any idea which one I order for replacement? Is it the 2810?

I replaced the previous Caldwell CS 29 5 channel balances with the Swissco S385-30 (option 2950) balance and now the window is very difficult to open and close

On the attached channel balance the following numbers are stamped: 29 9 EX CMC 11 Could you please let me know what this matched up to, I would like to order several of them. Thank you, Lester

I have a 17 lb window, I can select a spring for 12 to 16 lbs, or the 16 to 23 lbs. The 12 to 16 lb spring makes the window easy to close, harder to open, the 16 to 23 lb spring makes the window easy to open, harder to close. For the long haul, which spring do you recommend? Hi, I need help finding replacements for 2 different sets of channel balances. The first one has a 30" length and a 9/16" channel width with markings "29DS_48L BSI RN" (see Photos) ..second set in part 2.
