S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

The markings are: 29 3 FQ Caldwell. The length is 30".

1/2" wide has 29HB 36-38 A6X CMC 4 printed on the side. Both plastic ends have wings. It is 30" long

Looking for replacement channel balances - all information indicates 385 Series...however, there is no stamp option. Any suggestions?

need to know replacement part you sell for my non tilt window

Hello, After reviewing the stamp and dimensions on my 2940 channel balance 30" and it looks like a match to your 30"series 385. However, I was wondering if I need to factor something else in if mine has a D BSI stamp as well.

The shoe measures 1 1\16". I have the same size I all my windows. they have never been used so they have no ware. I ordered your S380-30 and your 18-166 sash guides and the balance slips by when closing.do you know what my problem is?

I went through your site and still can't identify this channel. It is for a non-tilt and the metal portion of the channel is exactly 30 inches long. Would appreciate your assistance as I need to order replacements. These are shot.

The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.
