S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

The shoe measures 1 1\16". I have the same size I all my windows. they have never been used so they have no ware. I ordered your S380-30 and your 18-166 sash guides and the balance slips by when closing.do you know what my problem is?

Need to replace 2 Channel balance 30" attached pic's Kinco window also need the Small square plastic that goes from window to frame to slide on. so just need links to what to order and i will make it happen :-) Thanks! -Dion

I went through your site and still can't identify this channel. It is for a non-tilt and the metal portion of the channel is exactly 30 inches long. Would appreciate your assistance as I need to order replacements. These are shot.

The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.

Hello, I need 2 window channel balancers. The window size is 36"wide and 62" tall. I do not know the weight. The measurement of the channel balance is 30" long approx...29 7/8 exact.

I have PGT single hung 50" wide lower sash metal window that needs springs replaced. I had these windows installed in 1995. The lower sash weighs about 24 pounds.
