S385-30 30" Series 385 Channel Balance

This piece is off a PLYGem Window Single Hung....Numbers on piece are 29 5 AV CMC 2.

Looking for a replacement bar for a window balancer that is 30 inches long and stamped with "29 5 DR CALDWELL". It's the rope/wire pulley that is broken. is it possible to purchase just the replacement rope/wire? Thank you so much! Awesome feature!

It looks like I need the 30" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE Product Code: S385-30 as replacements. The existing balances I have are printed with this: 29 9 CX CMC 7 The overall length from end to end of the metal portion is 30" Is this enough information to figure out which replacements I nee ... The markings are: 29 3 FQ Caldwell. The length is 30".

1/2" wide has 29HB 36-38 A6X CMC 4 printed on the side. Both plastic ends have wings. It is 30" long

Hello, After reviewing the stamp and dimensions on my 2940 channel balance 30" and it looks like a match to your 30"series 385. However, I was wondering if I need to factor something else in if mine has a D BSI stamp as well.
