I need help identifying the window channel lifts. Many of the parts look very similar to me. I have enclosed 2 pictures of the ends of the one surviving lift. The lift is 30" long and 1/2" wide, the window weighs approximately 26#

Decided to replace broken channel balance, both sides with 19-005 and 15-004 but could not find markings for weight range is that weight approx of window and with a series fully assembeled do you get a right and left. Thank you

I am not sure of what type of windows but have multiple windows with the same problem. The top sash guides all BREAK making the channel balances not work correctly.
