Hi, I am looking for a replacement. The string on our sash support broke. I have attached pictures since I could not locate on your site based on the number on the support. It looks like it is 3340 BS1 B0. Let me know if you need anymore information from me. Thank you

Window channel balance. Marked 33. 5. BSI

The width is 1/2 inch with length of 34 Inches. Lo previously I got S385-28 for 28" length with the same style

second owner of a 33 year old house. windows appear to be in good shape except balancers appear missing or perhaps broken? windows don't slide well, can't close properly. removed one window balancer and it has code 33C Z. Mine look identical to your series 385 but I don't see an option for heavier ones. Originals have 3375 stamped on them.

My home has older windows by a company by the name of custom windows systems. I need to replace window balances. they are metal windows 1/2 " winged many are the same size . # on balance is ( 33 5 BSI ).length is 34". all plastic parts at each end are permanently attached.

Stamp on existing channel is: 33 9 ON BSIWindow is double hung non-tilt aluminum frame double pane insulated window.Total measurement is 34" wide x 70" tall. The stamping making is 29 per photo, the total metal stem is 30 inches. Which part number should I order? Also do you sell the clip that goes into the window side, as I am missing one? I also need to order similar with the stamp marked as 33 and the metal length is 34 with similar ends per attache ... (cont.)

the stamp on my window spring read "3340 BSI NN". need two of this.
