S385-34 34" Series 385 Channel Balance

Could you help me find the replacement part for my window balance. I have a double hung window, non-tilt, 1/2" channel width, the length of the metal portion is 34 inches, and the photos show the ends.

Hello, I am looking for replacement balance springs for our window. The metal channels are 34" long. The top looks exactly like your 19-005. You don't appear to have an exact replacement for the shoe, but it looks like your 15-004 will work. The stamp says 33-6, so I am guessing I will need the S ... (cont.)

Hi, I think I've identified our balance as your series 385 channel balance. The metal part is 34". It looks like it has the 19005 top and 15004 shoe. The number stamped is 33 4 CN CALDWELL. Would this correspond to the 3340 stamp option?

I have a number of windows in my home that need the balances replaced. A neighbor has identified the part as being S385-34 with option 3330 and a clip of 16-002. I also have smaller windows by the same manufacture that need the balances replaced. The smaller window frame measures 33 3/4" wide by ... (cont.)

I think i have determined that I need a S380-34 channel balancer. This comes with the 15-005 shoe attached, but i think i would need the 15-004. Would that option ship to me attached instead of the 15-005? Presume the top shoe does not need to change. BTW, my old balance has a stamp on it that say ... (cont.)

i need two channel balances stronger than S385-34 option 3340.window comes down on its own. what info do u need for me to get the correct strength tension

Trying to find part number for a 34" hemmed channel lift with double spring. Numbers on channel are 33DS then BSI then 45. Also has small LA stamped by BSI. Hi, Recently a bought a Channel Balances Series 385, L=34" Option: 3310. Today I replaced them. They are correct size but the window keeps sliding down. It looks like the spring is not strong enough to resist the window self-weight. I will appreciate your advice. Thank you, Lyubo ... (cont.)
