Hi, I have three broken channel balances. The mark says "33.4 CN Caldwell". The metal bar length is 33" and the width is 1/2". I have attached pictures of both ends. Can you please tell me the replacement part numbers? Thanks in advance. Xiaoliang

the metal is 34 inches end to end...with plastic on both ends...I tried to match it up but I can't be sure...it seems closest to your #380 or #385

Opening the window is very difficult. It is very heavy as the balance does not work at all. The spring on side also rises with the window. It is not anchored down. The rail is 5/9" tall and 1/2" wide (when laying down with spring side up). The rail is 34" long (which excludes the plastic pieces that extent past the end of the rail). The rail has 33300 stamped on it.

I believe I need a 385 Channel balance ( code S385-34 ). I do not know the sash weight range. Only numbers on channel are 33 9 . Window sash is 35" x 50". Can you help with proper sash weight?

I need eight balances they are 1/2 inch 3340s and use your 15-004 bottom insert, but I could not find the top piece. It is 15/16 across the wings and 15/16 tall and is square across the top it sticks out of the channel 7/16 inches. it is notched 1/4 inch on the window side. see photos ... (cont.)
