I think this is a S385 equivalent. I looked on you website and verified the bottom end piece is your PN 15-004. The markings on this channel are 33 3 BSI Ok it is 34" long as shown. So my thought was this is a S385-33 34" long?

We have three different windows that we want to order replacement balances for. - The first three pictures are of the downstairs window balance. The balance is 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long with the numbers 3330 DL. I will send two other emails.
