S385-34 34" Series 385 Channel Balance

My order is for the S385-34 (3365)I just placed an order but think I may have chosen the wrong channel balance springs. Could you please advise the correct ones and modify my order? The channel is 25.5" long. Not 34"Charlie

Size is 1" wide -3/4" tall for windows with slide 385. S385-34. The bottom Sash is part 18-174 we have ordered them.If you don't carry the bottom stop what do you recommend for a replacement for this?We have 16 windows that need replacement parts.Thank you

These are 34" x 1/2"

Number on rail 33.5 smaller #bs1 inside channel of rail approx 1/2 length 34" without end cap. End 2-3 is 1" long side tabs are approx. 15/16s, end 1-2 is 1 1/2" long - Jim Will be buying 2 possibly more after to checking other windows

Please give me your Product Code for replacing 3330 channel balancers. The stamp on the old balancer is 3330 BSI. The channel length is 34". Thank you.

Looking for replacement balance for several windows in my house. The original channel balances are stamped 33 3 CALDWELL HM. These are 1/2 inch wide by 34 inches long. See attached pictures of plastic attachments and metal clip.

channel balance 34 inches, BSI 3340.

34 inches half inch balancer marked 33-5 has channel balance top winged Bottom has winged balance shoe 1-3/32" depth I think. Its over an inch I believe its a 34" series 385 channel balance. My window weighs 28 lbs. I think its your 3350. Please check photos and advise. Last picture looks like ... (cont.)

This channel balance is for a non tilt window. Could you please help me identify which part this is? It's 9/16" wide and has the marking '33 3BSI NG' on it.

Hello, I am trying to replace my channel balances for a window and am stuck on determining the correct weight range. Stamped on the channel balance is "33 9 ES CALDWELL". Window is 25 years old. 34" channel, 1/2" channel depth, weight of window is 23.6 lbs, hard to locate plastic end pieces. Number on channel is 3340.

Hope you can see the stamp on these. Our windows weight from 18 pounds to around 30 pounds. They're all the same length but different widths. Not quite sure what to get. Thanks.

This assembly is 34 inches long (metal part only) and 9/16 inches wide.

Hi. Need part number for window channel balance and associated upper clip. The broken channel balance has an imprint on it that reads "86 34-9 GB5." Will appreciate your assistance. Ali
