Please help identify a replacement pivot bar

Attic windows with tilt capability. Only no. pat. 5737877. Will need 12. Top and bottom.

I have 8 windows that need balances. 3 of the 36"x32". 3 of the 32"x34". 2 of the 36" x 24." (These are the dimensions of the lower frame. See pics please.) They are double-hung tilt-in windows made in the late 1990s. I've attached pics of the mechanisms, parts and labels.

hello, I have several broken balances. The 1/4" fiberglass rod is breaking through the plastic cap at the top of the balance. The windows are JD weld. They can not supply the replacements.
