2 1/2 inch pivot bar with code 23145

I reached out a while back and was talking with Josh - request 36748142. I got around to one window that was not rusted out.

I have Pella windows from the mid-80's and the plastic pieces inside the balancers are breaking. Please see attached photos and advise if you have a replacement for these. Thank you for your help.

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

Please help identify the proper replacement part(s) for fixing broken window shoe. Pictures of current shoe are attached. The closest match in your parts catalog is 15-266. Can you confirm that this is the best part for my application? Thanks- Chris

the springs are fine

No names on the window frame. stamped into the white center piece of the balancer is a patent number 5,737. 877 total length 25 in half inch track 7/8 in bottom shoe. notice pivot shoe is round peg

In 2017 I ordered the S870-30 with shoe size of 1 inch and springs are half inch. I'd like to know which balance I need now, plus I need the tilt pins

Hello,I had a pivot bar rust and need to replace the channels as well. Would you be able to look at the attached channel pictures and recommend the right replacement channels and replacement pivot bars too? Looking for full sash replacement

Window weight 22.4 lb Measurement is 33 in for this balance. I need 10 for that size to cover my front windows downstairs. What else is need to identify our part? I eventually need to replace for all the windows in my house. Thanks for your help
