Looking for correct pivot bar for this sash. The current ones are non existent(rotted away). You have a few options that seem like they will work would like to narrow it down. Also a tilt latch. My broken window pins are 2.5" and my balance is 25" and labeled 25b

This is a counterbalance for a mastic window, the length is 36 inches. The shoe comes to a point on the bottom side. it is an 1"-5/16on each side and in the middle It's an 1"3/8 long. It's an 1"1/4 wide and a 1/2" thick
