Replacement parts for earth wise vinyl windows

I have 6 windows where the old balance clips that attach to the springs have broken. My existing balances are 36" and say 36C BS1 on them. I assume I would need the 795 Balance 36" long. My existing cams are Open cams 1 1/4" shoe width. My exitsting pivot bars are the same measurements as the 26- ... (cont.)

Hi I am trying to identify the boot and bars from my Mastic tilt windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The pictures are the only info I have. The length on the pivot bar is 2 5/8 inches. The depth is 1/4 inch and the height is 3/16 inch.

There doesn't seem to be any identifying labels on the frame or glass. The plastic on the ends of two windows is broken. There is a third window that is ok that I can use as a model to restring the cord. There is a patent number on the plastic piece: 65737877Thank youJohn

Need a lot of these metal pivots and plastic/metal hybrid window pivot lock assemblies. Most of the window pivot harddware, about 12 years old, have disintegrated in the salty air. Hello, I have been referred to you by my local window installer. He can't order the part for me because there are no labels on the windows to identify the manufacturer and he thought you may be able to. These parts are damaged or missing. It is a Pella window. One pin is missing that fits into the slider that holds the window up. The 2nd image is the pin on the other side. The 1st image is where the pin should be. The 3rd image is the slot where the pin fits into. Notice that the slot is damaged. ... (cont.)

Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390.
