Hi, I believe you have replacement parts for this old block and tackle balance. This is a single hung window, about 39" x 29" The metal clips at the bottom of the window are 2 1/2 " long. Looking for replacement balance. 15". Would need 4 for a double hung tilt window

I am looking for replacement pivot shoes, pivot bars and balances for an earthwise window. The pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/8" tall. The pivot bar is 2-1/2" long. The balance is 12" long. Can you assist me in identifying appropriate replacement parts?

Hi, I recently ordered the window pivot lock shoe #15-179 : Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16" Thick. It seems to be the correct size for my window however I cannot fit the pin in the slot. Is it easier to try to find another pivot lock shoe to fit the pin that is very similar to #26-352 with a round head. Or t ... (cont.)
