15-204 3/8" Coil Dual Support

Single-hung, tilt in windows. Plastic cover over the coils has broken, making it very difficult to open and close the windows. Coils are .25" wide and 1 3/8" diameter when removed. Plastic cover is 4.5" high when in tact. Supports are fine.

These are 2 balances which I took off a simonton window,I'm not too familiar with window parts. Is this something that you may stock.I'm not sure of the sashes weight I hope you can help.

Please help! Trying to find this part.

I need to purchase 2 balances for my window that will no longer stay in the up position. I've attached pictures for your viewing. There are 2 coils in each balance. I have Simonton Windows in my home, which are approximately 14 years old. Each window has two plastic pieces that house the balance in the side of the window. The pieces are 4 inches long. I am looking for the same part for my other window. The size of the part is 1inch by 4inch.

Our coil covers are cracking from sun exposure and we would like to replace them. I have attached photos of some that are still intact for measurement and one that has crumbled so you can see the coil mechanism. Can you recommend a replacement part for the coil covers?
