Looking for help on identifying what part to order to replace these balances. The windows are Simonton New Construction Single Hungs manufactured in 2001. Any help would be appreciated. They are all 3/0 x 5/0 (36" x 60"). Thanks! Dave

I have Norandex Dimension 1 Series windows from 2000. I need to replace the some balancers. Actually the springs & shoes are in good shape for most of them, my problem is that the plastic cover has become very brittle and is breaking off anytime you raise/lower the window. My coil balance has broken and I got everything off of the window and sash and hear it all is. Can you identify which part I need? The coils are 3/8" wide.

Our windows are 15 years old. The cover to the window assembly on two of our windows was installed in a location where it is exposed to sunlight. this is a dual coil support cover for simonton window. Over all length of cover is 4.0 inches and width is 1.25 inches. Could you please help me to to pick right fit for this. Thanks.

There is one of these on each side of the window track. The plastic covering is breaking apart and there is a circular spring inside it.

A home inspector found what appears to be a broken detent clip. There is no clear marking as to the window manufacturer, etc. Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.
