hi, I recently bought the 82-265 mortise lock. It fit nicely in the sliding door, It doesn't work with the previous latch receiver (the part that it clasps onto at the jamb). Do you have a part I could buy that would work?

The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.

Sliding door internal lock. Front plate is 11-3/4", holes are 11", distance between latches is roughly 5-7/16.

Hello, I recently purchased the 82-239 mortise lock but it didn't line up. The main issues: 1. On the 82-239 there are no holes in the new lock to attach the old white face plate. See attached photo of holes in the old lock and face plate (Circled). 2. The throw on the new latches don't see as dee ... (cont.)

My Tenant removed this and I need to replace it. I don't know what brand it is. It's 8 1/4" tall x 1 1/2" wide. Please respond if you know what brand it is or where I can buy one. Thanks.

Internal mortise lock is just shy of 12" The total of 4 holes for handle is 4" I am missing handle to this.
