I need to order all the parts for two windows. The spring casing is 37" longThe window brand is Jeld-wen with tilt latches on the top of the window

I AM LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENTS FOR A FEW OLDER WINDOWS. I REALLY ONLY NEED THE SHOES BUT IF NEED BE I WILL TAKE THE WHOLE BALNCE AND SHOE.

The shoes on my Jeld-Wen cracked, but I could not find equivalent replacement parts on your website. The shoe sits in a channel 9/16" deep by 1" wide. The shoe is 1-3/8" high and contains a spring 1/8" by 7/8" long. See two attached photos. Thanks. Les
