Hello I have two windows that need balances . 1 one is 20 lbs the channel is 23-3/8 long The second is 18 lbs and channel is 16-3/8 long . They are peach tree windows . Attached are pics of old balances

Window balance only marking is 3040. 16 1/4 by 9/16 by 5/8 inches

They are 16 1/4" long, 9/16 wide. "3640" is print on the back. It has a plastics plug that plugs into the window frame holding the string. I think they are Andersen windows. George

Hi. I had someone look at my windows and said I need 2 each of S745- 26 and S745-16. When I called to order they said I had to weigh the window which was almost 12 lbs. They said that did not make sense nor did needing 2 different lengths for the same windows that measure the same length were the ba ... (cont.)

I think I need Series 745 balances for my peachtree windows (model # in photo) but the stamping does not match what is on your site. Mine says 3640 1 H but is indeed 16.25 and 5/8 x 5/8. and total sash is 14.5 lbs.

I have 2 P.T. windows,double hung, that measure at the sash 33 3/4" X 46 7/8" height. What window balance should I order for them? I also have 1 P.T. window, double hung, that measures 39 3/4'" X 46 7/8" height. And the correct balance for this larger window? Thanks, MM

I have 2 windows which are identical in size, both with broken springs. the u-channels are 16.25 inches in length .5 inches wide. the number stamped on the u channel is "4240" I see the 16.25 assemblies but which is correct with the "4240" stamp. Thank you, Fritz

I have peachtree windows installed in 1992. They are aluminum exterior and wood interior. I need to replace the balances. Measurements 4 windows (36x66)Cottage window 6 windows (36x48) 1 window (30x40)

I need to replace the channel balances in a Peachtree non-tilt double-hung window. The existing balances have the markings: 3460 IJ CALDWELL. I am not 100% certain of the sash weight, but I think it is 14-17 lbs based upon this marking. So, I think I need product code: S745-16 with option 15.25 ... (cont.)

I have 3 window balances: 16 1/4 inch, stamped 1514 - need 4; 23 1/4 inch, stamped 2210 (or 2219) - need 14; 29 1/4 inch, stamped 2023 (or 2823) - need 14. Some of the numbers are blurry) They are all plain channel for tilt windows, 9/16 wide and deep. I'm having a problem locating them in y ... (cont.)

g3287 type a ali-class a window balances these are pics of our peachtree window channel balances. we need 2 sets of 23-1/4", one set of 16-1/4". the window weight for the longer balance is 15 lbs, and the window weight of the shorter balance is 12 lbs.
