Single kerf vinyl door sweep for patio/atrium door

See IMG_2376 for label on door edge. Other three pictures are of the sweep. IMG_2385 is just a piece of the sweep that is "tearing" loose from the sweep.

This is a Pella wood entry door that was installed around 2004-05. I am looking to replace the rubber sweep insert which simply slides into the metal track. Door is standard 36".

Take a look at our 58-176, compare the dimensions to the bottom sweep you currently have, and see if this part will work for you.

1 3/4" wide X 36" long installed by sliding on to 1 1/2" wide track that is riveted to the underside bottom of door.

I am confused because most people on here seem to have sweeps that push in. Unless I removed my sweep improperly. I just used pliers to slide straight out.
