Hello, I need to replace some of my cranks and locks from a company that is no longer in business. Can you please help me? Del Mar Toronto windows is what the hinge kit says.

I need 4 locks for the basement windows hinges on right side and 3 Locks for windows hinges on the left side. I also need 1 handle (39-114L) and 1 cover (39-107). All items need to be white. My Semco windows were installed in the fall of 1996.

I have an old casement window, that I need to replace both locks and cranks(left and right), the window measures 21.5", wondering if I need a 9.5" or 13.5" arm? If you could answer this I would love to get these ordered from you. Thanks

My question is. Does it matter if it's a left or right opening?? Can I use the same one for left side or right side?

I have Hayfield 701 vinyl casement windows with a May 2001 manufacturing date. I broke one of the latch locks (sequential in white) this is a two sash window. Right side latch broke. Left side of sash swings out.

Your part number 38-210. Will this work for my Truth sash lock 21328? And can you just replace the white plastic piece or do I need the whole lock assembly? Because I am not sure the white plastic piece and pop out and a new one put in?

The nylon roller that guides the window to open and close is worn out and needs to be replaced. The window opens all the way with no problem. But when it is cranked to close, the roller falls out of the side slot and the arm continues to rotate inward, leaving the window in the same position as when ... (cont.)
