38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock, Non-Handed

Hello, Can the Truth Hardware low profile sash lock be used in place of the Primary casement sash lock? Also, what is the function of the handleless secondary casement sash lock? How does it work? Thank you!

I am looking for some window handles and mechanisms along with some window locking items. 6 of my handles are Caradco. the others I could not find a brand. Can you help me figure out what I need???

Please help me locate the proper fix for this multi-point encasement window lock. The plastic bar guide has broken. Do you sell the bar guide separately or do you have a replacement lock?

I am looking for a replacement part for the 1st image. I believe our windows are Andersen, but the markings on the handle of the window says Entry Guard. The house windows are from year 2000. Does Primary Casement lock work for left or right opening windows? Keepers need to be left or right.
