Bar is 21/8 overall. From should back-15/8. 1/4 wide 3/16 thick.

I would like to replace parts in several windows the locks say Prism and the labels have 1258 C15 . Is that enough information for top and bottom replacement parts?

I have 3 different sizes of Simonton vinyl windows I need to replace the broken balances. They have no markings on the coil springs. The first one has a top sash weight of 9.6 #'s and the bottom weight of 10.4 #'s . The second one has a top sash weight of 7 #'s and the bottom weight of 7.6 #'s. ... (cont.)

Have no ideal what this part is called. It mounts to bottom corner of window and the other end fits inside a square piece that slides up and down the track on the outer frame

I appear to have a Prism Window, as identified on the window lock. The left hand side of the window balance is stuck in the groove and separated from the post connected on the window. Looking for correct replacement balancer assembly as pictured, i realize the Simonton parts are obsolete, hoping you guys have a direct replacement. Really hoping to just unscrew the old and put in a new, not looking to rebuild or reconstruct anything. Can NOT find a "weight code" stamped anywhere, ... (cont.)

The only discernable marking is "27B". No surprise that it's 27" long. Can you match it, and does the manufacturer include the pin that engages the cam mechanism? One of the two on my window sash rusted away. Thanks! -Ron

I need to replace the balance coils

The parts removed from a 'Certain Teed' window. On the spring where is mounted with a screw is marked 335 and 336. On the "L" shape plastic bracket marked "Certain Teed' Measurements are 1 1/2 X 7/8 for both parts without the spring. Spring width 3/4.

I am trying to get a coil balance to go onto the coil support. I purchased 4 of each and had no problems with 3. Could either the coil balance or the coil support be the wrong size.

The plastic piece broke in half. The other half is still in the window. Do you have replacement part? If so this is the left side of the lower window.

Single coil window balance (I think that is the correct term for the part(s)) for tilt out vinyl windows. Within the case with the philips screw is wide coil that allows the lower part of the window to open and close smoothly.

That's for a Simonton window.

Hello. The piece is 1 1/4" wide, 3/4" deep and 2 3/4" long. What can I replace with this? I saw there is a coil weight, which one should I buy? Each window is weighing about 12.5 lbs. Thanks

We need to replace balances on Simonton 5500 series vinyl replacement windows. We would like to do 1 window first. The coils have no stamp on them. Can you assist is locating replacement pivot pin and its keeper for a Malta Vinyl Window from approximately 2000. The pin is 3 inches long and 5/16" wide. Will need at least two pins (one for left and one for right, and the shoe or keeper)
