Tech notes attached w/ photos for reference on what exactly we need plus sizes and location of screw. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

It goes on the bottom of the window where it sits into the spring that pulls it up it is 2 inches long and 1/8 inch thick and 1/4 inch wide it is held in by a single screw

I was washing windows and when I pushed the top pane into place, something broke and the top would not stay up. I am including a photo of the broken part I took out of the track, as well as the label and photos of the working parts in one of my non-broken windows to help find the right replacement ... (cont.)

appears to be a single coil where the spring snapped. sash is 12.8 lbs, i want to replace both springs, not just the broken one. I cannot find any numbers or even a manufacturer/model number anywhere on the window itself. the vinyl track has no cutouts for spring replacement (though i found a YT wh ... (cont.)

I could not locate any existing names/numbers/markings on the balance system aside from it being made in China. There was a sticker on the bottom window pane itself which I've attached. Thank you for your help in advance.

The plastic pivot shoe broke. It looks like it screws on the side. Simonton window from Home Depot. I have changed other springs and shoes before.

I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash. Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

Simonton ,these slides in window jam tracks holds bottom of windows to the track. Several are broken in half.

Afte more inspection, the top coil says 406 J and then the bottom spring says 405 J and then the pivot bar. Also is there a cover that hold it in place available also?

I have a window with a couple of broken balances. One on the upper pane and one on the lower. I'd like to order replacements to do both sides of both panes. Hello - I broke the glass and frame of an existing vinyl window original to my home, originally built in 1998.
