I need a left and right coil balance and pivot shoe combo for a Simonton window. The pictures of the old assembly are from the left side of that window.

I need these type of coil balances. It seems to be (7/8") thick, 1 1/4" wide and 2 1/2" tall. I would need 7 sets (14 units). I would also like to get pins about 2 5/8" long and I would need 14 units. Please let me know if you can help me. My name is Helmer.

Not on site but need to order in advance. Tenant can't provide exact measurements.

We need the spring balance as well as the part used to uninstall and install them.

Hello! Looking for a replacement Pivot Lock Shoe for these windows (you can see it has broke at the bottom in photo) and believe that #15-192 is the correct part. Balance springs are #406 and the measurements appear correct. Just wanted to make sure before ordering. Thanks!

Confirming the correct Pivot Shoe was ordered, 15-192. Note, the beveled Cam shape inside. The older Pivot Bar will not fit in the Cam of the new Pivot Shoe. Thank you.

I have Simonton windows, 5500 Reflections double hung, that were installed in 2013. The window balance shoe part started breaking in half several years ago. I need to get replacement parts. Please advise. Thanks.

This 2 7/16" long pin comes from a Silverline single hung window that is about 25 years old. The offset is required to prevent the sash from hitting the window frame when tilting the sash. Is this offset style pin still sold? If not is there an option to use a straight pin paired with an "adapter ... (cont.)
