Hello. The piece is 1 1/4" wide, 3/4" deep and 2 3/4" long. What can I replace with this? I saw there is a coil weight, which one should I buy? Each window is weighing about 12.5 lbs. Thanks

We need to replace balances on Simonton 5500 series vinyl replacement windows. We would like to do 1 window first. The coils have no stamp on them. The bottom sash weighs 18.6 #'s.The top sash weighs 17#'s. We have included pictures. Please make a list of the parts needed and we will place the ... (cont.)

Can you assist is locating replacement pivot pin and its keeper for a Malta Vinyl Window from approximately 2000. The pin is 3 inches long and 5/16" wide. Will need at least two pins (one for left and one for right, and the shoe or keeper)

I have recently purchased a house with a number of these windows which have the same problem. The pivot lock shoe on one side has gotten stuck at the bottom and, I assume, as a result of forcefully attempting to close the window fully, has bent the pivot pin and broken the tilt lock.
