Have a few windows where the shoe broke off the balance spring housing. Unfortunately no part number stamped on the coil. Width is 3/4". Any assistance in confirming the correct part. Also need the pivot bar.

Two of my vinyl windows have what seems to be broken pivots. As you can see in one of my windows the metal keepers are just laying in the bottom of the side trough and the plastic housing which holds it is broken into pieces. Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390. Home Depot's windows purchased in approximately 2002. Cannot get window to stay in the mechanism that raises and lowers window. The metal bars appear bent but I do not know if that is by design.
