customers pivot shoes broke on both windows upper and lower and cant find parts for them, can you tell me which parts will work to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

Looking for replacement window stays or balances for my simonton windows. Looks similar to some you have listed on your site but I wanted to try this for more assurance

Two of my vinyl windows have what seems to be broken pivots. As you can see in one of my windows the metal keepers are just laying in the bottom of the side trough and the plastic housing which holds it is broken into pieces. Attached picture shows the front and back of our old pivot shoe that is 3/4" deep x 1-1/4" wide x 2-1/4 high. It is an obsolete Unique Balance part number: Shoe 720D, Cam 165 x 390. We are looking to find replacements for the pieces shown below as directed by customer service. The white plastic piece is broken in half. The other half is stuck in the window frame. I will need three sets please.

Home Depot's windows purchased in approximately 2002. Cannot get window to stay in the mechanism that raises and lowers window. The metal bars appear bent but I do not know if that is by design.

Hi, Went to clean my double hung Simonton windows and realized that all my balance assemblies in all windows are broke. 21 windows. Hi, I need 2 balances matching these in the photo. Need 2 shoes and 2 of the pins that sit in the shoe. Only marking I see is 409 j on the metal band. On pin it says 0552 and 16. Thanks

I have 4 windows that have broken balance springs. Will need replacement parts. If you have any installation guides or videos that would be helpful. Replacing both sides so will need 8 total

I need to replace the window balances. One is broken and obviously the window will not stay open. The window is a Simonton 33.75x60.5" double hung. I'm trying to figure out what balance will work for this window. They were installed in 2010.

The picture is of my old sash pivot bar it is 2 5/8 long 5/16 wide u shape 3 holes one closest to pivot shoe is 5/8/inch next one is 5/8 back from there last one is 1 3/8 from first hole. The tilted part of the window is all vinyl weighs approximately 20 pounds. The right hand top tilt latch is damaged. The Pivot bars were both rusted out they are 3"long.
