I have several windows where the balance shoe is broken and when the windows tip in they have to be held in place by hand so I need to replace those parts. I can' find any part numbers on anything except img_1220

Hi recently bought a house and these simonton windows are installed but I have some broken pieces like these just need help identifying them and where to buy them. Thanks. Hi there! I am looking for replacements for these window shoes. I think this is only a portion of the plastic part, as the rest of it is still in the window. These are Sears windows, approx 19 years old. Cannot locate any numbers or markings.

1st to pics are pivot bars for top and bottom window. 3rd pic is a screw up and wondering if any way to cover. 4th pic is cover- its hard and brittle do you sell new ones that are a little flexible. Thank you

The Pivot bar replacement that you recommended (26-336) and I ordered is not compatible with my window pivot shoe. Do you have any other recommendations? Are there other places where I may be able to locate a good replacement?

Greeting: I am trying to replace the broken window coil balance springs on my bathroom window. Both sides are now gone. I've removed them both and neither side seem to have any markings on them. The window had been installed by the previous owner and i do not find any brands or other markings to id ... (cont.)

I'm trying to locate the correct balancers for my Simonton double hung window but there are no numbers anywhere that I can see to tell what the weight would be. The only label I can find at the top of the window doesn't seem to have a model number, just the dimensions of the window. ... (cont.)

I have ten Simonton double hung, tilt-in windows from the 90's that have issues. Several have broken either the pivot bar or the shoe, or both as I fix up this house. For the lower sash, weighed in at 15.4 lbs on the 31.5 width x 51 height windows, of which I have four, the coil is stamped "408" I ... (cont.)
