The operator is loose and has a lot of play in it when the window is open. Would like to replace.

This is a crank assembly with 7 inch arm for a Wright casement window part #7702. The window opens to the right when inside the house. The window could date back to 1994 when the house was built.

Help! I cannot find the window hardware for this. It's an old one, our condo was built in 1964. The one I bought will not work. I need it to screw into the wood, not on side of paneling.
