The window currently won't close all the way. It will crank in with about a 1-2 in gap from the seal. When you turn the crank at that stopping point, nothing happens. Mercer aluminum casement window. The arm is loose and keeps falling down and out of the notch in the track on the bottom of the window. On the arm is stamped "Wright" in cursive. it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?
