Mercer aluminum casement window. The arm is loose and keeps falling down and out of the notch in the track on the bottom of the window. On the arm is stamped "Wright" in cursive. I am looking to replace a Norco casement window crank for a window opening to the right

We have a casement window that the splines have worn out on. I am hoping you can help. I believe the window was built by Four Seasons Sunrooms. The window opens to the left if that helps. Thank you, Angela

it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?
