15-208 Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16" Thick

Hi there, I believe I have broken a window shoe in one of my Harvey replacement windows. I was looking for some direction in getting a replacement.

please identify this set up for me

(11/2)UNIQUE 1/2" X 1/2" X 28" I can send a picture if needed. The spring is 13" The rope is double wrapped around 2 pulleys

My top and bottom ashes won't stay up and fall out when I tilt in to clean. They are both missing the silver piece I'm pointing to in the last picture

Part measures 5/8" and is off of a Pennco window. it measures 5/16" x1 1/4" x 1 1/4"

The pivot bars and cams have completely corroded, fused, and broken on several of my older Harvey windows. Amy help replacing the parts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I replaced the pivot shoe on my Pennco Tilt window (your video for that was perfect by the way). When reassembling, the string holding the hook from the balance spring broke. I could not fix that. I have a broken pivot shoe on a Pennco tilt window, lower sash. House was built in 1999. I removed the failed part. It measures 1 1/4" High, 1 1/4" Wide and 1/2" Depth (maybe 9/16" Depth.
