I am trying to find the attached part from a Pennco window. Measures: 1.25" wide, 1.25" high, .5" thick. Also, how do you get it back into the slot where it goes?

We need to replace the guide for our Pennco Windows. This is the piece the actual Window fits into and assists it in moving it up and down

Need both left and right shoes. Will buy complete mechanism if that's the only way it comes. Channel has "unique 27-C-30" written on it. (See picture)

Last year I purchased a pair of your balances after sending a photo. I just got around to installing and the (existing) rod that rests in the metal part of the balance doesn't fit.
