the sash fell inward and jammed the plastic shoes at the bottom. I need to replace the balance mechanism once I get the shoes removed.

When I tilt the window, it pivots on the plastic part in the photo located in the window jamb/frame. One of them is broken. Would you have this? The windows were installed in the late 80s early 90s. Thank you

I have a few windows that are labeled as 2900 Milestone Performance. They are double glazed, double hung, foam filled windows and the balancer on one has broken so it will not stay up. The plastic holder including shoe is in three pieces. The top piece is broke as seen in the photos. The two coils are in good shape and stamped D6. I need the coil plastic piece or pieces if in a set.

My wife was cleaning the windows and this coil/spring thing just "popped out" according to her...I'm no expert but i learn fast and can follow directions just need help identifying what replacement parts to order

Our windows are single hung Anlin, the latches are marked with a "12" on each side. I need four of these to cover two windows. (PS the ones for my double hung window were perfect! What an improvment.) Thanks!

Hi, the Metal cams broke in coil balance as well as both pivot bars in my single hung vinyl windows. I don't know how to get them out to replace them. The opening seems too small. I Don't know how they got the coil balance in there in the first place. I also don't know the model number of these but ... (cont.)

Hey! These are double hung tilting windows. The sticker is on the side of the window with some markings. They are throughout the house and all of them have damaged or broken parts in these side channels. I am not sure what these are. Pivot shoes and balances? Can you tell me what these parts are an ...
