Window spring system.

I have a window using this style balance which currently extends approximately 30 inches. In order to allow the window to open enough to meet egress requirements I need to move the balance up and so would need a longer spring of about 36 inches. This pivot bar is riveted on a window pro's window, I need several. I also need the coil balancers for these windows, the sash weighs 23lb. I need to replace this 2.5. inch pivot bar from a tilting window. These are to fit into swissco S140-12 coil balance. Distance from the end of the pivot bar to the two screw holes is 1-3/16" and 1-7/8".

I am looking for a pivot bar to fit the coil balancer (part# S140-12). The original bar has "4" on it.

Hello! I am looking for a replacement balance coil for a 22.2 lb window. The window has two coils per side of the window- one on each side of the sash carrier.

This is marked "12" - ok, I'm sure that means 12 pounds. The coil(s) when not broken as these are, extend down either side of the "sash track", where they connect on either side of the pivot shoe. Hi, just double checking that I am picking the correct parts? I think I need two s140 12lb balancers. The one in the pictures measures thickness of 9/16", width 1 5/16" and length with shoe is 4 9/16". Also wondering if my pivot bar is going to fit into the s140 shoe? I need a replacement parts for my sliding window. It has number 12 on it. I don't see that neither of two LH or RH is broken but window won't stay up.In the past I ordeered S140-8L and 8R from you and replace it on my other windows. Pgt coil balance

Vinyl window pivot shoe and balance. The pivot shoes appear different (and broken pieces) on each side of the same window and the window has a hard time moving up and down. I'm not sure if the balance needs to be replaced too.
