single hung coil balance only marking: 16

There seem to be two parts to the shoe. there is a box labeled #16 and a black band cord that seems to be connected to it. The part seems to have snapped apart on one side but remains connected on the other. I'm happy to provide more information or pictures.

Looking for a replacement for this pivot shoe. Old one also had a tamper lock. Would it be the S140-16?

Hello, I need replacement parts for 3 Anlin windows. I have attempted to attach JPG pictures but it looks like that may not have worked. The coil mechanism for the upper section of the ELITE double-hung 33" wide by 68" high window fell apart. I was able to remove the other one (see attached photos). I checked all 3 coils for additional information. They only show stamped numbers - top 5, middle - 5 and bottom - 6. I was told that the ... (cont.)

I believe the pictures show what we need. I think is a dual pivot shoe and also the round end pivot bar We do need fix both sides for our window.

I need to replace the part pictured. It's a Caldwell constant force balance. I think it's a friction lock. The window is 58x47. Do you have a part that will work?
