The windows are still good but the handle has stripped. I have a smaller casement by the same company that I might also want replaced. Please specify a replacement mechanism For a Truth 40055 which is stamped on the underside of the gear body housing. Does the arm length only affect the opening width? Will a shorter arm work?

Hi all, We purchased a house built in the 1970s that had top-of-the-line casement windows (for that time). Remarkably, they're in pretty decent shape, so we're trying to repair the cranks. I am looking for replacement parts for the two pictures above. One is the lock on the window the piece is broken off where you push down to lock it. The other is the crank handle. I think we may need to replace the whole piece for the crank handle(hardware on window and handle). These are older par ... (cont.)

I have the same GU product but the arm length isn't 9" it's 11! do you offer the 39-027E with a longer arm?

There is a cylinder that had plastic coating on it and the plastic wore off. So now the arm falls out of the track. I don't know what exactly I need. Maybe there is a rubber that can be put on the cylinder. That would be the best solution but I don?t know if that is possible?

I have casement windows from the 1980's and need to replace some of the operators. Underneath the crank and cover it says Truth 45034-LH. The length of the arm seems to be about 9 1/2". Also, although the part says LH, it appears it should be RH. Can you help me with getting the correct replacement ... (cont.)

Looking for the replacement crank for this window. It says WRIGHT on the metal piece connecting to the window . Inside the window near the crank the arm widens quite a bit and has teeth built into it.
