39-027E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator, 9-1/2"

My old casement operator failed. It appears to have "Wright" stamped on the arm and part number 7701 stamped under the housing. The arm measures 9-1/2 inches from the center of the wheel to the center of the mounting plate/housing. Can you please advise on a replacement? Thanks! Pete ... (cont.)

I have Norco casements from 1986 with "Truth" brand cranks. When I open the windows the arm with the round plastic wheel drops out as soon as it reaches the slot where you can release it. Do you have replacements or fixes? I have pics but it wont load to this site.

I am also looking for a replacement for the Anderson 7073. I need a couple of LH and RH setups. The existing window crank arms are only 7 1/2 inches long while yours are quite a bit longer.
