I have broken Window Crank and I have narrowed down what I need to this model: 39-027. If I'm inside my house looking at my window...my crank is on the right side of the window with the lock on the left side. Which style do I need? 39-027 or 39-028. The link to 39-027 goes no where. we have LP windows (American Seal) they were purchased approx 14 years ago and one of the crank assemblies is broken. the worm gear just spins out of the housing when you try to close the window. it appears as though the housing is stripped out where the keeper bushing screws in on top of the worm g ...
