One im looking for replacement hardware for a crank out window on a Bay Window Could you identify the parts or kit if available to order based 9n the attached picture? Also attached the tag on the 6200 Bay Window id#F999787.1

The first picture is my old crank. The second picture I ordered from you a couple of months ago. The issue I am having is the arm on the new crank is longer. Thank you Wendy & Jeffrey

Can't quite read what it said on the unit but it looks like...6097p, 6498p, on the longer ones, and 6d97p, on both of the short ones. What don't make sense is the longer one is right and left crank so different numbers, but the short ones are also right and left but has same numbers. What is wor ... (cont.)

Wright 07900. The top arm measures 4 inches.The back of the base has the number 7702. As you can see in the picture, the top arm is connected on top, vs. the hinge being on the bottom. We have a Wright casement window that also has 07900 stamped on the top arm, which fastens to an arm below it, stamped R 07867. Bottom arm is stamped 6789B. I have a window opener that says on one of the arms and there is a stamp on the bottom of the mechanism that says 7701.

I recently purchased a Split-Arm Operator (39-317) to verify if this would work for all of my windows. When assembling the test window I noticed that the extension arm (has 31550 stamped facing down) is underneath the main arm and I am needing this above to fit properly with the window screw holes ...
