Right and left tilt window latches. Number on rear 11148 R (assume this means right) Pat# 4,801,475 2 1/8 inch hole spacing 3 1/8 inch Length 1 3/8 inch width

I could not find a replacement in your listing that was as long as the ones on our window, which as you can see are 3 and 1/8 in. long. I ordered the 26-288 and 26-289 from you in the second photo but I need the part like the one in photo #1. Also the parts I ordered from you did not come with screws. Can I exchange these for the right parts if you have them?

I have an Andersen window and one of the sash cords failed. I want to replace all the cords but I notice I need a number from the original sash cord part in order to order the parts from you. I'm unable to correctly identify the appropriate latch to replace my climateguard window latches

Windows were installed 1997 (vinyl slider ) left hand side part needed. 3.25 long, 1.4 wide, depth .4 inches. There is a number 2634 on the part.

This is one of two parts on each window which enable the window to be easily removed from the frame. I haeva byuildinf full of these windows, about 17 years ld and these parts are failing. Other parts and the units are fine.

Please see the two scans showing the exact tilt latch that I need, though I need a right one missing from my window. This accompanies my samples, S23992 and S23987.
