Unsure if these are swisco parts but they looks similar.

The windows are plygems 1500 series single hung window. The house was built and the certificate of occupancy was issued in January of 2019. Myself and my neighbors have several broken (stripped)ones already.

I have 16 locks that need to be replaced. I do not know the window manufacture. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Jim

It appears that Product Code: 90-278 will work for my needs. The windows are Acorn sliders with an 2 1/16" screw spacing and an 11/16" backset. I ordered another latch online that met these parameters but the locking cam was much wider and required much more of the cam to be engaged in the keeper t ... (cont.)

I need one of these - can't seem to find it on your website please advise both pieces - the latch and strike the keeper has 2 holes that are slightly tighter than the part with the handle and is in a recessed area - doesn't look anything like your image below (90-326) should I take another p ... Several of our window locks have broken since their installation in 2013. Retailer said the GA windows are discontinued and suggested we check with Swisco about finding a replacement. Hello I'm looking for a replacement for this product I believe the whole distance is 2 1/16 this is for a left to right sliding window vertical sash

I can't seem to find which window lock model these are. I can't find a serial number on the lock or window. Have tried a few replacments off amazon but nothing has fit. I'd rather replace the locks then get whole new windows. I would need about 20 of these locks

One of my window latches just broke. I have no idea what the make of the windows are but found your website and hope one of your experts can let me know what latch I need.

Latch screw holes 2 1/8" apart. Keeper screw holes 1" apart. No names or numbers. Installed in 2007. Looking for replacements. Thank you.

Hi lock Expert- Please see if you can help me find a replacement window lock. The lock needs to be flush with the non sliding door.

the only markings I see on these windows are on the latching mechamisim which says Prism. just got this house and none of the windows really seem to seal tight with the latches. I'm not sure if they are just worn out but you really have to force them to interconnect and in most cases the latching ... (cont.)
