Thanks for writing in. This looks it might be our 39-393 Awning Operator. If so, this can work with either the 39-340 Surface Mount Awning Bracket, or the 39-424 Face Mount Awning Bracket. Take a look and both and see if you think which would be best for your window.

I need to replace the operators on a few of my casement windows. I've attached pictures of the current operator, which says 'roto' on the bottom. I am looking for a right and left hand split arm operator for casement Windows installed around 2000. Please see attached photos of the part installed. Truth and 45251 are stamped on the underside of the operator. The arm measures 3 15/16" hole to hole.
