Cannot see any site to order the bracket I need for a mirror bifold door

I love your site, but I can't find another post that has this type of nylon block. What pivots, and glides will work with this? They are metal doors with mirrors.

I am submitting a picture. the part number says: ACME 17-4075

These pictures correspond to a Stanley 36" Bi-Fold mirror door. I used 2 for my closet. The guide wheel broke on the bottom left and my adjustment and my bottom pivot that adjust doesn't adjust now! Are there replacement parts for the internal bifold door frame brackets that house the pins. It appears these brackets are removable due to the philips head screws. The closet door is 20 years old. The only label on it says Sunshine Mirror. No part number or any other info just that it meets safety standards. The last photo shows the back or inside of the door.
