I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

I have two windows that the crank mechanism is broken in the same room for windows of same size. I think one is clockwise crank?.the other is counter clockwise. This particular unit does not have any name on it, but the window has four operators. Two on the left side of the window and two on the right side of the window.

Trying to fix about 7-8 casement windows all with same issue . I can open them but can't close them. Seems Like the metal pin that goes inside middle Of two small wheels is lose or broken and doesn't latch to crank and close the widows. Let me know if This can fixed somehow . Thanks ... (cont.)

Hello! I'm looking to replace two kitchen window operator covers and cranks in bronze/oil rubbed bronze finish. Attached are my pictures. They are 'Caradco' but I wanted to forward the pics to ensure I'm buying the right cover & crank. Can you look at it and provide your input?

The retaining ring from the handle is no longer working. So I will need the mechanism for this. Long link arm is stamped LH 30470 Short link is stamped 20610 Cover is K/K. I will need cover, but I believe your part number is 39-107

As you can see from the photos I have two windows that use this hardware. One of the windows will crank out but won't crank in.
