I have 4 windows that casement operators need to be replaced. All have Truth/ made in America. Three opens left and one right. Slide arm is 9 inches. Best I could measure. Numbers I could find. 3084 / 20810. Bottom part 30744 Truth. arm Entry Gard.

Hello I would like to change my crank to the truth folding handle Can I do that with this existing casement hardware? I have 10 windows so ai am concerned about cost.

I wish to double check that part number 39-107FK will fit correctly with my 20 year old Kolbe casement windows. The cover size is approximately 1/2 longer OA then the current old style covers. Please advise to your thoughts here before I order. Thank you, Henry

The crank screw on my Pozzi window came out. I can open the window but when I close it, the screw comes out. Can I tighten it somehow, or do I need a new crank? The windows are 16 years old. Thank you Chris

I found the part # 30841L on the arm, and 40471 on the base piece by the gears.. I believe it is a clay color, however I am not finding the operator cover in the clay color. I have two windows (images 5201 and 5204) where the drive pinion has come loose. Is that something I can fix or do I need all new crank assemblies. I wish to replace a truth crank 45001 with a foldable crank. Can the crank and cover be replaced without having to pull the wood?

Hi folks, The operator shaft has snapped off the base. I suppose I'll need to replace the whole operator. Please see picture. Looks like a Truth Entryguard 31538. There's an "L" on the arm. Please help identify replacement part.

I purchased my Marvin windows in April 2005 and need replacement crank handles. Some are white. Others are different colors but I'm not exactly sure what they called it (see picture for one).
