Hi - I replaced the operator mechanism for my casement window but the new operator arm would not "snap" onto the post on the sash bracket, (photos attached). I need to purchase a replacement sash bracket with embedded post to complete my repair.

I need to find a Truth arm to replace the one that lost the piece that connects it to the window. Right now my tenant cannot use the handle to open and close the window because the arm is no longer attached to the window frame. The crank has number Truth 31850. Other part which connects to window has number 30744.

I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

The first image shows a bracket that is snapped in place to a button (you can see the button in the second image that is part of a fixed channel that the casement window slides in. In the defective parts, the press-fit button has popped out and the attaching bracket is very rusted. I need both par ... (cont.)

Truth Part # 45136 rh

It has a mark Truth 31850. I also need the hinge to the window and all attaching hardware.

It says TRUTH on all the parts and there are the following part numbers on the unit: Base: 45251 Middle arm piece: 31850 Also, I can't take the cover off the crank so I think the one I need will have to have it attached.

Need to replace all of the parts (top and bottom) on 2 windows (left and right side)but having a difficult time determining the correct replacement parts.
