39-546 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket

It says TRUTH on all the parts and there are the following part numbers on the unit: Base: 45251 Middle arm piece: 31850 Also, I can't take the cover off the crank so I think the one I need will have to have it attached.

Need to replace all of the parts (top and bottom) on 2 windows (left and right side)but having a difficult time determining the correct replacement parts. We purchased 77 casement windows from Beechworth. Unfortunately, 4 are not working. When we turn the crank, nothing happens - nothing moves and window doesn't open. The crank set in the picture isn't working properly anymore. I can't get the window to close all of the way. I need a replacement part.
