Hi - I replaced the operator mechanism for my casement window but the new operator arm would not "snap" onto the post on the sash bracket, (photos attached). I need to purchase a replacement sash bracket with embedded post to complete my repair.

I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

The first image shows a bracket that is snapped in place to a button (you can see the button in the second image that is part of a fixed channel that the casement window slides in.
